The jeweler that helped me was informative, honest, kind, patient, and truly down to earth. He prioritized my values and what I wanted; he was invested in me as a person, not as a consumer. In terms of jewelry, they had an incredibly wide selection of beautiful pieces. I appreciated the selection, as it included traditional and modern jewelry. I plan on returning for any and all future business!

My daughter and I visited Cleopatra for the first time today. The salesman was polite, kind, and patient, and my daughter found some pieces she loved. There's a very good selection, so it's not that easy to narrow down a choice! Last point, our budget wasn't huge, but the salesman still gave us his full attention and respect. Most honest and fair jeweler in Chicago. He always has a kind smile on his face and always wants to offer his help to his customers. Family man that cares about his quality and services. Doesn’t rush his customers which is the MOST crucial thing for me. I never once felt rushed, and felt really happy with my results. Truly a place I’ll never forget and always work with him. I haven’t heard a single bad thing in regards to his quality or services compared to the others in Chicago.he has all the new jewelry and styles there and works on anything you’d want!
